How custom works
From file to first pour.
Four steps. You approve the 3D model before anything is printed or poured.
We model it
The shape becomes a 3D model, laid out as a tray. You get the model to approve before anything is made.
Print the master
The approved model is 3D printed as a master: the exact positive of your piece, set in a casting box.
Pour and ship
Platinum-cure food-grade silicone is poured over the master, cured, demolded and shipped from Provo, Utah.
